Isager Wool 1 or Spinni is a delicate looking but very sturdy yarn.
Isager Spinni is a one ply lace-weight yarn which, when doubled, is a sport weight. Many of the Isager patterns combine more than one strand of yarn, many times in different colors which give the appearance of a tweed.
We love this yarn which is spun in Denmark, for its' crisp hand and incredible colour palette designed by Marianne Isager. Gorgeous muted shades looking quite like vintage textiles through to heathered tones. When paired with Isager Alapaca or Silk Mohair they change again. Just wonderful.
Wet block your finished project as it will settle and soften quite a lot revealing a very beautiful finish.
Many of the Isager yarns are designed together so we also stock Alpaca 1, Highland wool ,Silk Mohair and Japansk Bomuld (Cotton)
