We just can’t help it, any excuse is good enough for making yet another pretty beanie. Who can resist some stripes and a pop of lace at the top?
Gauge:
27 st and 38 rows to 4” (10cm) in stockinette st on US 2˝ (3mm) needles.
Finished Measurements:
Sizes: S (M, L). To fit an average adult head. The S is a snug cap, the M fits more comfortably with some positive ease and the L is very slouchy. Shown in size M.
Materials Used:
Yarn: This pattern is great for using up leftovers! You will need approx. 300 yards of Fingering Weight yarn: 130y in color A, 70y in color B and 100y in color C. The sample was made using Bello by The Plucky Knitter in colorways:
- A: Wintry Mix (off white) - approx. 130y required.
- B: High Cotton (gray) - approx. 70 y required.
- C: Pollen (yellow) - approx. 100y required
Needle Size:
US 2 (2.75mm) and US 2˝ (3mm) circular needles.
